There is still no formal planning application from T-Mobile for a proposed 3G telecommunications mast to be located at the Royal Oak on Kitters Green.

The proposed mast would be contained within a replacement chimney stack. The cables will run though a 'drainpipe', then buried underground and taken to an equipment cabin in the grounds. The cabin will be sited on land belonging to the pub against the wall of the single garage at the entrance to the garage court of Castano Court.

Local LibDem councillors have already distributed an information leaflet to residents surrounding the site and will continue to keep them informed. A copy of the informal plans can be seen at the Parish Council office in Langley Road.
