Trowley Rise appeal dismissed

A planning appeal to demolish 31 Trowley Rise (on corner with Cherry Hollow) and build three terraced houses and a pair of semi-detached houses was dismissed by the planning inspector. The planning application was previously refused by Three Rivers Council.
